Bought from the US Bankruptcy Court for $4.1 million in 2014. Alliance beat out 11 other bidders for the property. The property consisted of a 31,000 sq ft building on 9-acre tract. The site was redeveloped for a 50,000 sq ft preparatory fitness academy. The main building was subsequently sold to the school in March 2021 for $17,000,000. Additional excess land was sold in the marketplace for $2,700,000.
