In December of 2016, Alliance was asked to deliver a design permit and finance middle and high schools for award-winning KCC Charter Schools. We did just that, delivering 7.5 million in construction financing and constructing both schools in time for August 2017, despite the fact the building permit for the schools was not issued until May 2017.
